Omaxe, in a joint project with Patiala Development Authority (PDA), will develop 336.5 acre, integrated PDA Omaxe City at Sirhind Road, Baran, Patiala. Omaxe will undertake the implementation of the project in accordance with the joint development agreement. Booking of plots are on till 18 September 2007. Plots of 200 to 1350 sq yd are being offered at about Rs 5,500 per sq yd. The city would also comprise IT and bio-tech parks. group housing, expandable villas, shopping mall, commercial spaces, institutional area, and recreational facilities.
