Times Property Show, a dedicated Property Expo focusing upon properties east of Delhi region was organized by Times Property in association with ATS Infrastructure on 26th and 27th April 2008 and was co-sponsored by KDP infrastructure and Amrapali Group.
The event featured more than 20 builders with projects in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. ATS Infrastructure, which had successfully delivered ATS Greens, a landmark project on expressway, announced a new project in Indirapuram that will have 3-bedroom apartments in three different sizes. |

K K Goyal, chairman of KDP infrastructure, which has a project on NH-58, said Ghaziabad is emerging as a hot destination for property investors due to its proximity to Delhi and Noida, adding various projects like Metro, Ganga Water, and Expressways are in pipeline to make this area an ultra-modern township. Aman Group, which has a project on GT Road was also present at the Expo offering an excellent residential option on the proposed six-lane expressway. |

The stall of Ashiana Homes was made on the theme of their projects. Ashiana Homes offered two projects Ashiana Palm Court, an affordable residential option on NH-58 and Ashiana Le Residency on NH-24.
